Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day coaching to help SDRs overcome obstacles and achieve performance targets; conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review results and development plans;

Monitor and continuously optimize lead management processes, including lead queues and the use of Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other sales tools to improve productivity;

Review and audit Discovery Calls and pipeline reporting to ensure accurate qualification, tracking, and attribution;

Represent the SDR organization in regional planning with Sales and Marketing, and execute campaigns across defined verticals and territories.

Good customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal;

Deep understanding of modern lead generation, social selling tools, and prospecting methodologies;

Highly metrics-driven, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands, and operate with a high degree of autonomy;
