Position: Area Sales Manager (NL)

Responsibilities
Retail Performance Management

Monitor monthly targets, order intake, pipeline, and conversion.

Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

Ensure effective execution of national campaigns and sales policies.

Provide regular performance reporting and market insights.

Conduct regular dealer visits to review sales performance and operational standards.

Coach dealer sales teams to improve productivity and customer experience.

Maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and sales Managers.

Ensure effective execution of national campaigns and sales policies with dealer networks

Support dealers in identifying and developing local SME fleet opportunities.

Guide B2B prospecting activities and key negotiations where required.

Multi-Market Sales Coordination

Track and support multi-market sales projects, ensuring proper execution, coordination, and successful local implementation between MG, dealer and customers.

Requirements

Strong background in automotive industry

Sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptions

3–7 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in area sales or dealer network management

Experience in fleet/B2B sales is an advantage

Strong commercial mindset and target-driven

Skilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office, especially for Excel)

Have a proficient level of Dutch and English
