Your Role
As a Full Cycle Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle. Your duties will include:

Consultancy:  Deliver top‑tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs.

Client Acquisition:  Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking.

Candidate Sourcing:  Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates to match client needs, and effectively present opportunities to them.

Account Management:  Develop and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side.

Deal Negotiation:  Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates.

Candidate Support:  Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

What You Bring

Motivation and Ambition:  You thrive in a performance‑driven environment and are eager to grow.

Experience:

Sales experience is advantageous but not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast‑paced fields is a plus.

Communication

Skills:

Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is required. Alternatively, C1/C2 level English and a minimum of 1 year full time B2B Sales experience is required.

You should reside in or around Amsterdam, or have specific plans to relocate.
