About the RoleAs an Education Specialist at Enviolo, you’ll play a key role in empowering our global network of customers and partners through engaging learning experiences. You’ll deliver hands‑on and digital training that inspires retailers, supports OEMs, and ensures every Enviolo‑equipped bike delivers a premium ride experience. This is a dynamic, travel‑oriented role for someone who loves sharing knowledge, connecting across cultures, and shaping how people learn about innovative cycling technology.
Key Responsibilities1. Deliver world‑class retail education
- Conduct engaging, hands‑on product, service, and sales trainings for retailers worldwide, mainly Benelux.
- Design and deliver interactive learning sessions that are both theoretical and practical.
- Create and enhance digital content (videos, online modules, help articles) to support our global training strategy.
- Drive customer satisfaction and engagement through impactful education experiences.
2. Support OEM partners through sales, education, and events
- Provide technical expertise and support to our Business Development team for complex sales projects.
- Lead sales and technical workshops for OEM partners, helping their teams confidently promote and sell Enviolo‑equipped bicycles.
- Represent Enviolo at OEM house shows, trade fairs, and partner events to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D on future product launches and improvements.
3. Build internal education excellence
- Develop onboarding and product training for new Enviolo employees and internal teams.
- Maintain and expand self‑service resources, including our online help center and training platforms.
- Ensure all internal and external education aligns with Enviolo’s quality standards and customer‑first philosophy.
- 5+ years of experience in the bicycle industry, technical education, or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training or presentations.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate product features into value for customers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally for 6 months out of the year.
- Passionate about education, technology, and creating memorable learning experiences.
