Sales Trader UK - Biomethane

Overview

AFS Energy is growing, and so is the Biomethane team. We are on the hunt for a Medior/Senior Sales Trader who speaks English at a native level, with a drive for sales, ready to support the UK region and build lasting relationships with existing and new clients. If you have experience in the world of environmental commodities, that is a plus.

This position is about picking up the phone, building relationships, and closing deals — day in and day out. • Call, call, and call — (cold) calling is 90% of the job.

• Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.

• Keep yourself updated about regulatory/market changes.

• Talk to people all day — build relationships, pitch deals, and close.

• Close deals.

• Driving cross-selling opportunities: at AFS, we offer a range of renewable products that can be tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

• Oversee the post-deal process, including client onboarding, contract completion, and ensuring accurate CRM updates.

• Keep grinding until the deal is done. Then start again.
