Your Role:Business Development Intern
As a Business Development Intern, you will support Syntho’s efforts in building and scaling its sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the New Business Sales team to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and contribute to outbound initiatives. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of learning opportunities and real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Support outbound lead generation initiatives
- Assist with cold outreach (calls, email, Linked In) to generate new opportunities
- Help build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision‑makers
- Create and enrich prospect lists with relevant contacts and insights
- Contribute to developing and testing creative outreach strategies
- Interest in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Strong communication skills and comfortable reaching out to new people
- Eager to learn how to engage prospects and support early‑stage conversations
- Professional and reliable in interactions with potential clients
- Interest in B2B, data, technology, or AI
- Motivated to learn about customer challenges and how our solution addresses them
- Quick learner who can absorb new information and apply it in practice
- Detail‑oriented and able to support research and preparation tasks
- Proactive and hands‑on, with a willingness to support the sales team where needed
- Organized and able to assist with managing outreach activities and prospect data
- Comfortable working on repetitive tasks (e.g., list building, CRM updates) while looking for ways to improve them
- Contributes to team goals rather than owning individual targets
- Excited to gain experience in a fast‑growing startup environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn by doing
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a team
- Familiarity with tools like Linked In or CRM systems is a plus, but not required
