On behalf of our client – a leading global premium provider of electrical measurement and testing technology – we are looking for a sales-driven professional for the role of Technical Inside Sales (Pre-Sales).
In this position, you operate at the intersection of technology and sales: advising customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting projects from initial inquiry through to order.
Sales / Inside Sales- Manage and develop a defined customer base or sales territory
- Proactively engage with customers (inbound & outbound) to identify new opportunities
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into concrete sales opportunities
- Independently prepare quotations, including technical clarification and cost calculation
- Conduct structured follow-ups with a strong focus on closing deals
- Manage the entire sales process:
Lead → Opportunity → Order - Collaborate closely with field sales on strategies and closing plans
- Identify and implement up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support tenders, bids, and complex quotation processes
- Provide technical consulting to customers, partners, and internal sales teams
- Analyze technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Handle technical inquiries via phone, email, or digital meetings
- Clarify technical aspects of projects and tenders
- Maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system
- Ensure accurate tracking of opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions
- Maintain customer master data and ensure data quality
- Manage software licenses and customer portal users
- Support demo processes and sales warehouse activities
- Work closely with:
Area Sales Managers, Technical Support, Product Management, Marketing, Order Management - Support customer events, trade shows, and webinars
