Overview Salfio is an always-on AI assistant that gives agency leaders a live, accurate pulse on every client account — so they can spot risks, catch upsells, and grow revenue without being in every meeting.
We’re starting with agencies and consultancies that work on high-value retainers, where one missed red flag or upsell opportunity can cost tens of thousands a year.
Salfio connects to the tools agencies already use (email, CRM, proposals) and automatically:
Summarizes the last 30 days of interactions
Flags churn risks and upsell opportunities
Keeps leadership in the loop without adding work for the team
Right now, leadership often has to guess what’s happening in accounts they don’t touch daily. Salfio will change that.
Who I'm looking for An experienced software builder with 5+ years of experience, already living in the Netherlands . You want to be a technical co-founder, build from 0 → 1 and push the boundaries of what we can do with AI.
You might be a fit if you:
Love building MVPs fast (N8N, Python, Node, Type Script - up to you)
Are comfortable working with AI APIs and integrations (Zoom, CRMs, etc.)
Want to move fast, test things, and talk to users weekly
Built working products before
Want equity, and ready to work without a paycheck at the beginning
You will be even a better fit if you also
Have strong product sense and UX intuition
Got a basic understanding of what a sales process is
Willing to talk to customers when needed
