Overview We’re looking for a fearless hunter to own new business mainly in the DACH region. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll open doors, engage senior decision-makers, and close high-value deals that change the way they work. You’ll be the driving force behind new revenue opportunities—without direct team management responsibilities.

What You’ll Do Drive growth in a fast-expanding AI space where we’ve already proven we can win. Your mission is to capture an even greater share
Create business cases that align all key stakeholders by connecting the numbers to the strategy so commercial and operational priorities move in the same direction
Drive the commercial strategy for high-value opportunities powered by our AI-native platform, aligning stakeholders, positioning the platform’s value, and closing deals that create long-term growth
Engage senior decision-makers with a fresh, AI-first vision that connects to their commercial priorities
Indirect & Channel Sales Accelerate growth by turning strategic channel partnerships into revenue engines that unlock access to new clients and markets
Co-develop business cases that align all parties ensuring the partner, their clients, and our teams see both the numbers and the strategy working together for mutual growth
Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to open doors faster and at scale
Act as the senior relationship lead for key channel partners, ensuring consistent engagement and shared success metrics
Who You Are Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Proven new business hunter with success in both direct enterprise sales and channel/partner-driven growth
Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals and influencing senior leaders
Relentlessly curious, resourceful, and commercially sharp
Passionate about technology, with a strong interest in AI’s potential
Experienced in building ROI-driven proposals and go-to-market plans
Skilled at connecting product features to user benefits and framing them as clear business impact for senior stakeholders
Proficiency with Sales CRM systems (ideally Hub Spot) and sales automation tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, Dripify, etc.
Strong understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, NLP, large and small language models, and generative AI is a plus
Extra points if you have knowledge of how AI integrates into business workflows (marketing automation, product content, customer experience)
Confident in translating technical AI capabilities into commercial outcomes for non-technical buyers
Sharp at spotting market shifts early and turning them into new opportunities
What You Bring A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B sales
7+ years in a quota-carrying role, ideally selling SaaS, automation, or technology platforms
Proven success in building pipeline, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closing high-value deals
Background in selling solutions that touch content, digital experience, or multilingual workflows is a strong advantage
