Proven Leadership : 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing high‑performing sales or account management teams.

Data‑Driven Execution :
An analytical mindset and comfort using platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools to optimize team results.

Digital Expertise :
