This is a newly created position as part of an international team build, and the primary focus of the role will be on biologic therapies in dermatology, alongside involvement in gastroenterology.
In this field‑based role, you will work autonomously while also collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams to support improved patient access and elevate standards of care.

Job Overview As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with dermatology clinics, acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their priorities, patient pathways, and operational challenges, identifying opportunities to deliver tailored solutions that support clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities Include Developing and maintaining long‑term partnerships with dermatology clinics
Acting as a trusted partner and main point of contact for assigned accounts
Building strong understanding of clinic workflows, priorities, and patient pathways
Planning and delivering tailored initiatives, including educational meetings and engagement activities
Coordinating activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (medical, market access, marketing)
Capturing and sharing structured field insights to support planning and strategy
Ensuring all activities are compliant with industry standards and local regulations
Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or key account management selling in dermatology or immunology
Strong understanding of healthcare environments and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Commercial mindset with a solution‑oriented approach
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in Dutch and English
Valid driving licence
Preferred Experience in dermatology or a related specialty
Understanding of patient pathways, reimbursement, and access dynamics
Experience working within cross‑functional teams
