Factoring Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Factoring to expand our factoring business in the Netherlands.

• Develop and execute a strategy to scale factoring in the Netherlands.
• Build and manage relationships with SME clients to ensure long‑term growth.
• Identify, secure and retain SME clients, driving sales and growth.
• Build strategic partnerships with intermediaries, financial advisers and Fin Tech platforms.
• Negotiate and structure factoring agreements aligned with client needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including risk, credit and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collect and analyse market data to refine the factoring offering and identify new opportunities.

• Proven experience in B2B financial sales, preferably in factoring or SME lending.
• Strong knowledge of SME financing needs, factoring products and market dynamics.
• Excellent business development and networking skills, with the ability to build and expand client relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independent work style and ability to drive business growth from the ground up.
• Experience structuring financial solutions and negotiating contracts.
