Business Unit  Business Unit Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. Position Overview  Tencent Cloud is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Strategic Sales Manager to be based in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing Tencent Cloud’s most important strategic accounts in the Netherlands. This role requires a strategic mindset to define sales priorities, develop and execute action plans, exceed cloud sales targets, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.

The individual will play a critical role in driving cloud revenue growth, securing new large strategic clients—especially in e‑commerce, food delivery, gaming, media & entertainment, and Fin Tech—and leading the negotiation and management of high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities   Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing contracts and driving account expansion.
Build and manage executive-level (C-level) relationships to become a trusted advisor.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Act as a product expert on Tencent Cloud's digital native offerings, crafting solution-based proposals.
Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance to deliver value and close complex deals.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

10+ years of B2B sales experience in technology/cloud/digital sectors, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions to C-level executives.

Skills:

A true "hunter" with outstanding ability to close. Exceptional in consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication.
Mindset:
Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Plus:
Curiosity and experience in AI; background in E-commerce.

Languages:

Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in a major European language (e.g., Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) and/or Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
