Seasoned individual contributor who works independently with minimal supervision. Ensures sales enablement and effectiveness by coordinating integration of industry‑leading sales management systems and defining sales enablement tools that provide sales effectiveness with valuable customer insights and product and procedural knowledge. Maintains advanced knowledge of innovative sales and marketing strategies, sales channels and pipelines, and consumer decision‑making processes to identify consumer behaviors and formulate engaging sales tactics that support sales enablement objectives.
Responsibilities Delivers and coordinates strategic sales force effectiveness plans derived from sales performance goals and business sales channels, leveraging actionable insights to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth of key strategic accounts.
Develops knowledge of innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to contribute to sales productivity tools and enablement resource design that supports goal achievement while focusing on overall sales effectiveness objectives.
Provides local business intelligence insights to local leadership including both external competitive and market landscape data with internal sales force effectiveness analytics to identify sales growth opportunities.
Administers sales team incentive scheme payout calculations aligned to frameworks established by leadership ensuring all processes are clearly documented aligned with local labor law and compliance controls.
Analyzes and evaluates emerging sales systems and innovative sales models by conducting complex sales forecasts, facilitating risk assessments, and performing business impact analyses that inform adaptation of various models.
Facilitates sales performance initiatives by assisting scope definition, allocating resources, and ensuring sales reporting processes, training initiatives, and incentive programs align with departmental performance and organizational priorities.
Establishes key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of sales processes, training programs, and strategic initiatives as well as benchmarking current sales capabilities against industry‑leading standards and competitors.
Confers with senior sales leaders and relevant stakeholders to define optimal sales performance measurements and performance management systems required to improve the organization’s competitive positioning.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day‑to‑day interactions with the team.
