Senior Sales Partner (Amsterdam, Belgium) – Drive programmatic sales strategy and revenue growth in Belgium for Netflix Advertising.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute agency-focused sales, with proven depth of programmatic delivery, to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
Build, maintain and drive strong relationships with major Agency Holding groups and related agencies to secure ad partnerships and drive direct agency deal making and revenue growth.
Help develop sales strategies and sales plans for the assigned account portfolio and nurture long‑term relationships with key senior clients.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programmatic‑driven advertising – “always on” – campaigns.
Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in advertising or media (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, ideally within Belgium.
Proficiency in Dutch, French and English to a business level is desirable.
Experience in digital advertising sales, including programmatic (specifically PMP‑driven sales) is a must.
Deep understanding of media agencies and holding companies, with an established network of senior relationships.
Entrepreneurial approach, with a track record of independently identifying opportunities, driving initiatives and owning business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of marketing and communication objectives and pillars.
Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks.
Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‑functionally.
Comfortable with risk, uncertainty and ambiguity; open to the challenge of starting a new business.
A degree of people‑management experience is preferable but not essential.
A passion for entertainment and our product is a plus.
