THIS ROLE:
It isn't about pitching buzzwords or moving slide decks forward. It's about uncovering real strategic challenges, shaping solutions that fit, and guiding clients from first conversation to live deployment and lasting adoption — working shoulder-to-shoulder with consultants, solution architects, and change specialists.
Territory: the Randstad region. Mission: build a portfolio of Top 100 Dutch enterprise clients.
Responsibilities As Senior Account Manager, you will:
Uncover real strategic challenges for clients and shape tailored solutions.
Guide clients from initial conversation through live deployment and lasting adoption.
Collaborate closely with consultants, solution architects, and change specialists to deliver value.
Qualifications 7–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT, consulting, and/or digital transformation.
Consultative selling approach with sharp questioning and client-centric problem solving.
Experience navigating complex implementation journeys and understanding right-shoring delivery models.
Ability to engage in AI and engineering conversations at C-level.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Relationship-driven, resilient, and committed to the long game.
A strong Dutch enterprise network is a real advantage.
