Sales Performance Manager – Netherlands

Supports dealerships within a geographic area to maximize sales and customer satisfaction for the full Nissan range, including Passenger Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles, and Electric Vehicles.

• Responsible for dealership performance.
• Accountable for sales achievement: market share, volume, and product mix.
• Measure, control, and report customer orders, sales, market share, and customer satisfaction across all sales outlets.
• Define wholesale and allocation plans with dealers.
• Provide reporting and forecasting to Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager, and other key stakeholders.
• Cooperate with field staff such as Corporate Sales Area Manager, Aftersales Performance Manager, Quality Performance Manager, and Retail Marketing Consultant.
• Implement commercial policy and action plans decided by the Regional Business Unit.
• Manage campaigns, stock, demo/display car programs, CQ processes, and communication.
• Follow up and coach dealers on local marketing and sales activities.
• Ensure customer quality and loyalty programs are fully implemented in all outlets.
• Coach and support dealers for B2B/Small Fleet business performance.
• Participate in product training and startup of new dealers.

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in automotive sales.
• Experience in an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Flexible, open‑minded, and accountable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Valid driver’s license class “B” or above.
