About Foodies First
Foodies First's mission is to build Europe's most loved delivery brands and help restaurant entrepreneurs get more out of their business. Our concepts are designed so restaurant owners can run them alongside their existing restaurant, bringing exciting new flavors to customers while solving a real problem: too many restaurants make incredible food and have beautiful businesses, but struggle with too few orders and thin margins.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the (tech) restaurant sector. We've grown to 175+ restaurant partners across the Netherlands, and our ambition is to become Europe's largest delivery-first restaurant network, both for customers and for the entrepreneurs we partner with. We'll get there with a tight-knit team of incredibly talented, ambitious, and committed colleagues who all believe in our mission.
The opportunity
A few months ago we launched Germany, and it's already working. We have 6 partners live, around 10 more in the pipeline ready to go live, and serious conviction that this market is going to be huge for us. Our two-year goal is clear: make Foodies First the #1 delivery-first restaurant network in the DACH region.
This is where you come in. We're not asking you to start from scratch, we're asking you to help us go from 6 partners to 200+. You'll join the small team driving Germany forward, sign the next wave of restaurant partners, and help turn an early-stage launch into the dominant brand in the market.
Early enough that what you do really moves the needle. Far enough along that you've got proof, infrastructure, and momentum behind you. If you want a role where the impact of your work is visible week by week, this is it.
Who you'll work with
We're a dedicated team with an average age just under 30. Background matters less to us than who you are, your future colleagues come from hospitality, tech, sales, and private equity. We're looking for unique, authentic, and motivated people who want to build something meaningful together.
Our communication is open and direct, the vibe is informal, and we put real weight on autonomy, honesty, and positivity. We take our work and our ambition seriously, which means everyone carries real responsibility. You'll be trusted from day one, and we need to be able to rely on each other. We believe the best results come from working together in one place on a problem, so we work from the office.
Specifically for Germany: there are already two full-time colleagues focused on the German market from our Amsterdam HQ, plus close involvement from the founders. You'll join them, no one's flying solo here. Together you'll decide how to attack the market, split cities and partners, and build out the German playbook from here.
The office sits on the water in Amsterdam, lots of light, great view over the IJ. We have lunch together every day and regularly do team things: drinks, dinners, trips.
What you'll actually do
Win partners. You'll identify, approach, and sign new restaurant partners across Germany. You own the full cycle - cold call to close to handover. The phone is your best friend.
Be on the ground. Based out of our Amsterdam office, you'll travel through Germany regularly to meet restaurant owners, walk into their kitchens, and convince them. The conversations that close don't happen over email.
Tell our story. When you sit across from a restaurant owner, you make them want in. You believe in what we do, you understand their business, and you can explain in plain words why this works for them.
Build the playbook with us. Working alongside the two colleagues already deep in the German market, and the founders, you'll share what's working, push back on what isn't, and help shape how Foodies First wins in DACH.
Drive your own projects. Beyond partner acquisition, you'll spot what needs fixing or building and go after it. Initiative is expected here, not requested.
