We are looking for a Senior Sales Lead / Sales Executive to drive growth and market expansion in the Be Ne Lux region. You will be responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning Pexip’s secure video and interoperability solutions within enterprise and public sector organisations.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with leadership elements, where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while helping shape Pexip’s presence in the Be Ne Lux market.

What you’ll be doing
You will own revenue targets and pipeline growth in the Be Ne Lux region, driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across enterprise and public sector. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end while building long-term account plans that support sustainable growth.
At the same time, you will strengthen Pexip’s market presence by identifying key industries and accounts, increasing visibility through networking and events, and acting as a voice of the region within EMEA. You will engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, lead consultative sales conversations, and work closely with Solutions Architects and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
You will also build and activate strategic partner relationships, collaborating across internal teams to drive growth. As a senior profile, you will contribute to go-to-market execution, act as a role model for enterprise selling, and ensure strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
What you’ll bring
Experience
5–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales (SaaS, software, or technology)
Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large organisations
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong network in the Be Ne Lux region (enterprise and/or public sector is a plus)
Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
Ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-level)
Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent in English and Dutch; French and German are a plus)
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business, IT, or related field preferred)
