Job description  To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager. Are you ready for a challenging and independent role in which you can really make a difference?
About Us  We were founded in 1992 by Alison Smith (UK) and Dennis Grifhorst (NL). Our business helps customers with 10 to 250 automated users, offering up-to-date IT management and continuous support. The British/Dutch management team is ideally positioned to facilitate Dutch branches of international companies.

Job Requirements   Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
A proven track record of successful portfolio and client management.
Examples of successful sales campaigns where you were the driving force.
The ability to present advanced technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical customers within the SME sector (30‑300 workstations).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience with and understanding of modern marketing tools.
Your responsibilities   Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing valuable advice on IT investments.
Keeping customers informed about new IT products and solutions.
Communicating regularly and effectively with clients and providing clear feedback during projects.
Working closely with our technical team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Making customers feel well served and fully informed.
