About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager professional to join our Demand Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Vistar Media full stack (DSP and SSP) revenue within the dynamic EMEA region. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering partnerships across media agencies and brands, significantly impacting the digital advertising landscape.

What you'll do

Sales & Revenue Growth:  Drive the expansion of our DSP (Demand‑Side Platform) revenue in the Benelux. Lead the development of strategic partnerships with media agencies and brands to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.

Platform Leadership:  Master the intricacies of our platform and actively onboard digital advertising buyers and programmatic traders, together with the account team.

Opportunity Research:  Identify and capture high‑potential opportunities within the Benelux region, and work together with the team to unlock incremental opportunities with traditional OOH buyers.

Agreement Negotiation:  Manage the negotiation and execution of media and platform agreements. Ensure successful fulfillment, long‑term growth, and high‑level management of key partnerships.

Education & Training:  Lead training sessions for clients on the digital OOH industry and programmatic trading models. Simplify complex media metrics to facilitate the seamless integration of OOH into broader digital advertising deals.

Network Development:  Build and maintain a robust industry network within the EMEA region. Represent the company at major industry events to elevate brand presence and market awareness.

What experience we’re looking for

3–5 years of experience and a background in sales positions.

Comprehension of digital advertising technology and programmatic.

Introductory familiarity with Out‑of‑Home (OOH) media and advertising, along with a readiness to expand your knowledge in this domain.

Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships, showcasing retention and expansion strategies.

Leverage an existing network within Media Agencies to accelerate business development and market penetration (Strongly Preferred).

Must speak Dutch and English.
