Overview
At Gallagher Re, we’re building something extraordinary. We’re looking for a  Broker / Account Manager  to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building out team, focusing on acquiring and managing business in the captive segment.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with the flexibility to be based in one of our key locations:
London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.

How You'll Make An Impact

Build and grow a portfolio of captive insurance clients across EMEA.

Develop strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.

Provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement and management of business.

Contribute to achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

About You

You have 4+ years of experience working with captives, either within a captive or at a reinsurer.

You’re a skilled relationship builder with a strong focus on client management.

You’re proactive, driven, and excited about shaping and growing a business segment.

You thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You have a strong network in the captive insurance market and a deep understanding of the industry.

You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.

You’re flexible and open to working from one of our key locations.
