Responsibilities
Directly oversee and guide Renewal Sales Specialists and Solution Account Managers, setting clear expectations, priorities, and performance criteria.
Develop talent through regular mentoring, deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and skills development in renewal negotiation and value‑based selling.
Foster strong collaboration across the Adobe ecosystem with clear ownership based on renewal complexity and risk.
Ensure consistent execution of renewal planning, orchestration, and processing, including quote accuracy, procurement engagement, and contract closure.
Support teams in identifying in‑cycle upsell and expansion opportunities, focusing on simple, value‑led growth motions aligned to customer usage and outcomes.
Collaborate with Account Executives Management on identifying cross‑sell opportunities and transferring them, ensuring a well‑maintained pipeline and clear role definitions.
Own a rolling multi‑quarter renewal forecast, including attrition risk, upside, and execution timelines.
Lead regular renewal health reviews with sales leadership, advancing at‑risk renewals and competitive situations when required.
Act as a trusted leader for the region, inspiring change, process adoption, and continuous improvement in retention performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B SaaS or subscription environment.
Strong background in complex enterprise deals, commercial negotiations, and forecast management.
Proven ability to work effectively within matrixed organizations, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Services.
Skills & Attributes

Excellent executive communication skills, able to influence across senior collaborators.
