Sales representative

Responsibilities

Build a new customer portfolio in the German / European market by delivering logistics solutions tailored to customers' specific needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

Achieve sales goals and targets.

Identify and pursue potential new accounts.

Meet regularly with potential and existing customers to promote the business and strengthen relationships.

Gather and communicate customer needs and feedback from meetings.

Conduct research to identify customer needs.

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business activities; develop customized logistics strategies and solutions.

Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintain short- and long-term business development plans.

Requirements

Proven ability to create new customer bases in the logistics industry.

Good understanding of the industry, sales, and account management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with determination and a drive to succeed.
