Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation - Netherlands

They support customers throughout the entire machine development process— from the control system to the drive shaft, from the initial idea to after-sales. About the Role:
50% New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities with OEMs and system integrators.
50% Account Management: Nurture and grow existing customer relationships with tailored, value-driven solutions.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through technical and commercial solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in industrial automation, mechatronics, or related technical sectors.
Understanding of PLC and control systems
Strong strategic, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who treats the role as their own business.
