Position:
Country Sales Manager Netherlands & Be Ne Lux

Location:

Netherlands. Language Requirements – must speak native‑level Dutch; CVs should be submitted in English.
Responsibilities   Lead activities and achieve commercial targets within the territory by managing the dealer and OEM distribution channel for Mercury Marine and Quicksilver, as well as associated parts and accessories.
Conduct Marine Trade Area analysis to identify regional strengths and weaknesses and formulate plans to strengthen the dealer network.
Evaluate prospective new dealers from retail, service, and financial viewpoints and implement network changes.
Identify and drive improvements in retail performance through merchandising, local marketing, and CRM.
Manage the dealer wholesale commitment process to maximise wholesales while accounting for dealer inventory.
Build strong partnerships with dealers by creating and executing business and marketing plans.
Coordinate OEM efforts within the territory to develop sales and service plans and seek new OEM customers.
Actively manage dealer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and sales, promoting the brands to new and prospective dealers.
Represent Be Ne Lux  in the monthly planning and SIOP cycle and contribute to market and competition analytics.
Maintain knowledge of the marine market, product portfolio performance, and trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Identify and resolve dealer issues impacting retail performance, profitability, or customer satisfaction, collaborating with sales admin, after‑sales, marketing, and other Brunswick teams.
Support marketing with local language proofreading, boat show organization, press tests, and monitor market retail and wholesale activity.
Qualifications   Eight years of field sales experience in an OEM and dealer environment, preferably within the marine or automotive industry.
Ability to manage and strengthen dealer and OEM relationships.
Technical background and experience, especially in mechanics and electronics, is an advantage.

Experience with financial management.
Native Dutch and fluent English (both written and spoken);
French is a plus.
Positive attitude, open to new ideas, customer orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Initiative, ability to work independently, and stress resistance.
Availability for frequent travel within the region and to the Headquarters in Belgium.
Computer skills – Microsoft Office and ERP structures.
Driver’s license; boating license is a plus.
Benefits   Salary range: €70,500 – €85,000 (adjusted for skills, experience, and location).
