POSITION OVERVIEW For the further expansion of the MDA&SDA home Appliance in Benelux, Midea is looking for an energetic and experienced key Account Manager for retail channel. The role is to develop and manage the business with key retailers in Benelux to build strong relationships and maximize sales opportunities with sustainable growth.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENT Business or Engineering degree – University;
Minimum 8 years of key account experience in Home Appliance;
Strong sales and distribution network;
Performance-driven and winning mindset;
Facilitating business growth by executing strategies to develop new channels/customers;
Collaborate effectively with PM team to meet requirements for projects and opportunities;
Achieving budget through effective negotiation to ensure the best outcomes for Midea and customers;
Previous sales and distribution in retail chains would be highly advantageous;
Ability to interpret and understand technical designs and translate to products solutions.
LEADERSHIP & FUNCTIONAL COMPENTENCIES Collaborative, good self-awareness and development;
Motivation and resilience;
Good understanding of the Channel structure and home appliance industry;
Ability to build and communicate sales report for internal and external customers;
