For over 15 years, our SaaS platform has helped 1000+ hospitals and medical sites across 9 countries eliminate scheduling chaos replacing spreadsheets with AI‑powered, fair, and compliant staff planning. Our clients include major university hospitals, radiology networks, and private clinic groups. We’re growing, and now expanding aggressively into the Dutch‑speaking Benelux market.

What You’ll Do
Build the pipeline (70%)

Identify, qualify, and close new business with hospitals, clinic groups, and healthcare networks in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands

Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles (medical directors, IT, procurement, HR)

Run demos, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close

Attend healthcare conferences and industry events in the region

Build a repeatable playbook for the Benelux market

Support customer success (20%)

Help onboard early customers: coordinate configuration workshops, training, change management, with the help of our Europe Customer Success team

Be the trusted local contact before, during, and after deployment

Feed product insights and market needs back to the team

Shape the strategy (10%)

Contribute to Benelux go-to-market strategy

Identify partnerships (resellers, consultancies, integrators)

Help define pricing and positioning for the local market

De Rol
We zoeken een commercieel gedreven Business Development Manager om onze aanwezigheid in Vlaanderen en Nederland vanaf nul op te bouwen. Dit is een marktopbouwende rol — je wordt onze eerste dedicated medewerker voor de Nederlandstalige regio, met een directe lijn naar de CEO.

Wat ga je doen
Pipeline opbouwen (70%)

Nieuwe klanten identificeren, kwalificeren en binnenhalen bij ziekenhuizen, klinieken en zorgnetwerken in België (Vlaanderen) en Nederland

Complexe salescycli navigeren met meerdere stakeholders (medisch directeuren, IT, inkoop, HR)

Demo's geven, reageren op aanbestedingen, contracten onderhandelen en closen

Aanwezig zijn op gezondheidszorgconferenties en branche-evenementen in de regio

Een herhaalbaar playbook bouwen voor de Benelux‑markt

Klantsucces ondersteunen (20%)

Eerste klanten onboarden: configuratieworkshops, training, verandermanagement

Het vertrouwde lokale aanspreekpunt zijn tijdens deployment

Productinzichten en marktbehoeften terugkoppelen naar het team

Strategie vormgeven (10%)

Bijdragen aan de Benelux go-to-market strategie

Partnerships identificeren (resellers, adviesbureaus, integrators)

Helpen bij het bepalen van prijsstelling en positionering voor de lokale markt

Wat we zoeken
Requirements

3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to hospitals and clinics in Benelux

Proven track record of hunting new logos (not just account management)

Native or near‑native Dutch speaker

Pre‑existing network of decision‑makers in healthcare: medical directors, department heads, CIOs, HR directors, or procurement leads in Belgian and/or Dutch hospitals

Professional English, written and oral

Based in Flanders or the Netherlands

Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast‑moving company

Willingness to travel within the Benelux (:30‑40%)

Interest and familiarity with AI tools to develop commercial productivity

Strong plus

Knowledge of public procurement processes in Belgium or the Netherlands

French and/or German language skills

Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred)
