In the OEM Partnerships team, you will be the Partner Manager. You will be part of the Digital Retail & Partnerships commercial segment, approaching the market indirectly in collaboration with our partners.
Responsibilities- Lead the entire sales process of your partner portfolio, focusing predominantly on broker partners, while supporting the Business Developer in onboarding new partnership forms.
- Assist the inside sales team and step in when needed.
- Proactively exploit sales opportunities to increase order intake and strengthen strategic partnerships, aiming for ambitious ROI targets.
- Onboard new partnership forms and facilitate internal transfers of broker partners to the central platform.
- Contribute to product and proposition development, such as implementing a price matrix, improving expiry management, and creating new partnership structures.
- Prepare an annual plan for collaboration with key partners, including fleet and penetration targets.
- Monitor progress towards targets and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate all activities related to account management, including the closing and management of contracts with customers/partners.
- Systematically record contact reports and other relevant information, follow up on action points.
- Initiate and participate in periodic internal meetings, exchange relevant information, and provide input to improve internal processes both within your department and across the organization.
- Coach inside-sales colleagues when their support is requested.
- HBO work and thinking level.
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience.
- Industry-specific education completed, including VNA.
- Solid knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Knowledge and experience with online sales, CRM and data.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Curious, self-driven but also a true connector and team player.
- Enthusiast for commercial success and willing to share knowledge and experience.
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
- Salary €3.549,00–€4.259,00 gross based on 40 hours, dependent on experience.
