Sales Representative – Luxury Portfolio

Location:

South of the Netherlands (Limburg, Noord‑Brabant, Zeeland). The role requires daily commuting within this region.
About the role  You are the personification of our Luxury brands and build great relationships with key influencers in the industry. You engage with Spec Stores owners to ensure our brands are sold and the story behind them is effectively communicated. Your goal is to make our products visible to consumers and sell in the right places.
Responsibilities   Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and Spec Store owners.
Ensure Spec Stores sell our brands and communicate the brand story.
Drive customer loyalty while implementing marketing activations in Spec Stores.
Conduct trainings and tastings across the Reserve Luxury Portfolio.
Understand consumer types, attitudes and trends.
Identify emerging trends and communicate that knowledge to the team.
Develop profitable programs in partnership with customers in the Spec stores channel.
Use customer insights while implementing activation plans.
Qualifications   Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience working in a luxury sector or spirits environment.
Excellent category, brand and trade knowledge with a strong ability to identify trends and insights.
Strong understanding of the motivations of Spec Store managers.
Outstanding presentation and sales skills, with positive commercial results.
Validated training ability and persuasive selling skills, passion for high‑end drinks business.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
