Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Export Area Manager Europe. The Export Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth across the European market. You will spend +/- 40% of your time actively visiting the region to build relationships with architects and prospects, visit existing dealers and agents, and further strengthen the brand awareness of Casala within the market.

In this role, you will independently manage projects from initial contact through to order completion and take overall responsibility for achieving sales targets and developing long-term partnerships with international trade partners and clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in export sales and international business development

Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are considered a plus

Willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe

Experience or affinity with the furniture, interior design or contract furnishing industry is an advantage
