We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to strengthen Dalux’s presence in the Dutch market. Based in Amsterdam and well connected to the rest of the country – you’ll play an influential role in building strong client relationships and bringing cutting‑edge BIM and Con Tech solutions to property owners, contractors, and consultants. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Dalux’s expansion in a key region, while being part of an international, ambitious, and customer oriented commercial approach.

Your role

As a Sales Executive at Dalux, you’ll be responsible for driving growth in the Dutch market by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and positioning Dalux as the go‑to Con Tech partner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to expand Dalux’s footprint in the Netherlands.
  • Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new customers while building long‑term partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients maximize value from our software.
  • Leading the full sales process:
    Needs analysis, solution presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Representing Dalux at conferences, trade shows, and industry events together with your skilled colleagues.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe to share knowledge, best practises, and stay connected.

We imagine you bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, Con Tech, or a related field.
  • A strong customer‑first mindset and a genuine interest in building lasting relationships.
  • A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to your work.
  • The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels – from site managers to C‑level executives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
