Geely Brand Europe is building its European headquarters and shared platform capabilities to support sustainable growth across subsidiaries and distributor markets. As part of this setup, we are looking for a senior Pan-European Key Accounts leader to drive major business opportunities with leading fleet customers, leasing companies, rental players, and corporate accounts across Europe.
This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with pan-European customers, negotiating large-volume agreements, coordinating internal stakeholders across markets, and supporting the establishment of a competitive fleet and key account proposition for Geely in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of Geely Brand Europe’s pan-European key account strategy, with a strong focus on large fleet and corporate customers.
Identify, approach, and secure major business opportunities with leasing companies, rental operators, large corporates, mobility providers, and other strategic fleet partners.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships of key account with key decision‑makers across Europe.
Negotiate commercial terms, framework agreements, and large-volume deals in alignment with company targets and governance.
Coordinate closely with national sales teams, subsidiaries, distributor markets, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure a consistent and executable customer proposition.
Support the definition of fleet policy, pricing logic, tender strategy, and customer offer structure at European level.
Act as the European HQ focal point for strategic fleet and key account topics, ensuring alignment between headquarters and local markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and tender pipelines to support proactive business development.
Contribute to demand planning and sales forecasting related to key accounts and fleet business.
Ensure that major account opportunities are translated into actionable market plans and execution follow-up.
Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in fleet sales, key account management, or B2B automotive sales within Europe.
Strong network with major European leasing companies, rental companies, large fleet customers, and mobility stakeholders.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing large automotive fleet or corporate sales agreements.
Strong understanding of European automotive fleet dynamics, tender processes, TCO logic, and commercial decision criteria.
Experience working across multiple European markets in a regional or pan-European role.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work effectively in a matrix organization and bridge European HQ and local market teams.
Entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a fast‑growing brand environment.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
