Distribution Account Manager (DAM) Role
We have opened an opportunity to manage Atos Unify’s Dutch based distributor and support partners across Benelux and the Nordics selling Atos Unify portfolio including SMB, Enterprise and Cloud.

The DAM will continue to develop this partnership focusing on growth of existing channel partners and recruitment of new partners alongside the Channel Account Managers (CAMs) in the team, reporting to the Channel Country Manager.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop a business plan between Atos Unify and the distributor and ensure joint initiatives are executed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the distributor on all relationship issues.

Alongside CAMs drive partner joint business plans to achieve revenue goals and agreed KPIs through the distributor.

Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels within both Atos Unify and the distributor’s organization.

Drive joint business planning with partner senior management and the Unify management team where appropriate.

Monitor competitive vendor activity within the distributor organization and put in place briefings, activities and programs to ensure Atos Unify maintains mind-share.

Engage the distributor in planning and activities including marketing, events, sales programs, partner readiness and sales architecture play.

Maintain and monitor pipeline and key opportunities alongside the distributor and CAM where appropriate.

Represent the Channel in the wider Distribution global team.

Implement the strategic plan, develop and execute account strategies.

Build deep relationships and develop a strong understanding of the distributor’s business to identify opportunities for growth.

Execute the strategic plan and policies for the distribution business.

Understand and maintain key metrics to monitor and measure distributor performance.

Identify opportunities and track in

Provide field support including joint account visits, product demonstrations, and training.

Channel Management Day-to-Day
Day‑to‑day management of channel, new business development, channel strategy in the region, conducting technical training webinars, resolving channel conflict, and relationship management.

Signs of Success
The role is field based and will require travel throughout Be Ne Lux .

Skills We Can’t Do Without

Proven track record in distribution account management.

Experience in channel development.

Ability to communicate at the C‑level and every level in SMB through to Enterprise.

Strategic planning and execution.

Strong presentation, commercial and negotiation skills.

Skills We’d Like

Proven track record in channel recruitment.

Knowledge and experience of markets outside the current scope to identify untapped revenue opportunities that Atos Unify will recognise.
