We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven  Account Manager  to lead OEM Automotive sales in the DACH region. This role carries full responsibility for developing and executing the regional OEM strategy aligned with the Keyloop Fusion value proposition, delivering sustainable revenue growth, and ensuring long‑term customer success.

As a key contributor to the enterprise sales organization, you will build strategic partnerships with OEM stakeholders and align business objectives with the company’s broader operating plan.

The Opportunity

This role offers significant responsibility within a dynamic international organization. You will have direct impact on regional growth, market positioning, and long‑term OEM partnerships, while operating within a structured and performance‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual OEM sales and business plan in alignment with the regional operating strategy

Achieve and exceed defined revenue and performance targets

Establish and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision‑makers and key stakeholders

Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate OEM agreements internally across relevant departments

Identify market opportunities and define target customer strategies in collaboration with Sales Leadership

Monitor pipeline performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle

Represent the organization at relevant OEM and industry events

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B technology solution sales

Proven track record in selling complex, value‑based solutions with measurable ROI

Experience with in the automotive and/or OEM landscape preferred

Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix and cross‑border environments

Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
