Business Development Manager – CPQ Software (Nordics Region Focus)
Package: €6,000/month fixed salary, Double OTE (uncapped), Car or mobility allowance, Stock plan + strong benefits

Hybrid, (2 x per month in Netherlands HQ)

We’re supporting a high‑growth CPQ software vendor expanding their EMEA sales team and looking for a commercially sharp, consultative salesperson to drive new business across the Nordic region.

This is a full‑cycle role where you’ll work closely with partners, alliances and end‑customers, managing everything from qualification through to negotiation and close.

What you’ll be doing :

Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close

Coordinating tailored demos with pre‑sales

Building and expanding partner relationships

Driving new business and following up on inbound leads

Representing the brand at events and conferences

Growing the Nordic territory with autonomy and support

What we’re looking for:

3+ years SaaS sales experience (ideally with CPQ knowledge)

Proven track record of closing deals

Demonstrable knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP etc.)

Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously

Confident presenting to C‑level stakeholders
