Through our brands OMODA, JAECOO, CHERY and iCAR , we are bringing a new generation of intelligent, design‑driven and sustainable mobility solutions to Europe.
As we continue our expansion in the Netherlands, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Fleet Sales Manager to build and grow our fleet business from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional account management role.
We are looking for a true business builder with a hunter mentality, someone who thrives on creating opportunities, winning new business and establishing strategic partnerships in a highly competitive market.
You will play a key role in developing our presence within the Dutch B2B automotive sector by working with leasing companies, corporate clients, mobility providers and fleet operators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the fleet sales strategy for the Dutch market
Identify and secure new fleet opportunities across SMEs, large corporates, leasing companies and mobility providers
Build relationships with company car managers, procurement teams, HR departments and senior decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and implementation
Develop strategic partnerships with leasing companies and fleet operators
Promote innovative mobility solutions and support the introduction of new products into the market
Advise customers on mobility strategies, TCO benefits and sustainability solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and developments within the fleet and mobility sector
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Fleet Sales, Key Account Management or B2B Automotive Sales
Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
Experience working with leasing companies, fleet operators or mobility solutions
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred
Existing network within the Dutch fleet and leasing sector
Experience launching new brands or products
Knowledge of EV, PHEV and future mobility trends
Understanding of TCO, residual value management and leasing structures
