Demonstratesproducts at a detailed level with a consultative approach while advisingclients and prospects on how to best utilize the solutions.
Utilizesknowledge of Yardi products, industry, and competition to present value propositions to clients and prospects while supporting the sales team through their sales cycles.
Ensures the demo environment is accurate and current, including all demo data and appropriate sales applications.
Playsan integral part in their sales cycle strategies by working withsalespeople and participating in sales calls and meetings with prospects.
Assistsin the creation of relevant sales tools and demonstration scripts and conducts ongoing product training for the Sales team.
Assist with completion of RFPs and RFIs as required.
Providesmarket and customer feedback on supported solutions product management,development, and marketing teams.
Utilizesinternal CRM diligently, recording all client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts per training guidelines.
Participates in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems and Yardi’s products and services.
Maintainsa comprehensive understanding of assigned products, completes democertifications on respective products annually, and continuously expandsproduct knowledge and demonstration skills by presenting solutions toclients and prospects.
Meetsor exceeds quarterly and annual goals.
Who You Are
2+years of software sales or presales experience, preferably with a CloudERP or point solution provider.
Industry:experience within real estate, preferably within the residential sector(Build to Rent/ Student)
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or a related field, with fluency in Dutch & English
Presentation and demonstration skills, driven, self-starter motivated to succeed.
Abilityto interface with C-suite prospects and clients.
Abilityto understand technical products.
Provenexcellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highlyresponsive with proven client-centered commitment and focus
Provenstrong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks ina fast-paced environment.
