We have an exciting new opportunity for a Key Account Manager based at our Hoogerheide site. Reporting to the Sales Director Benelux you will be responsible for effectively handle key customer accounts and identify, negotiate with and secure (new) customers in both existing and new target markets, in order to achieve agreed sales targets.

Key Objectives & Responsibilitie
To effectively contribute to the achievement of the sales budget plan
.To develop sales growth from existing and new business accounts
.To develop and maintain effective relationships with key customer contacts
To effectively manage the dedicated Account Managers Customer Services team to achieve key account requirements, is a real team player
To assist with business tenders and pricing
To provide technical support and advice to customers
To identify business opportunities and threats in the market

Required Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in business related discipline
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Computer literacy – specifically spreadsheet and presentation software
Proven direct sales/new business development experience.
Previous experience within the packaging/carton industry.
Good understand of carton-making process and raw materials, technical knowledge.
Commercial judgement. Getting a lot of energy to always close a deal successfully.
Effective communication skills – ‘meetings’, verbal, writing, presentations, telephone.
Excellent social skills.
