The Task: You are brought in to architect and own the zero‑to‑one enterprise acquisition strategy for the Netherlands, acting as the founder of your own internal business unit. Your mandate is to systematically penetrate massive global accounts, navigate procurement structures and secure scalable, multi‑country MSAs that will cement Malt’s dominance in the region.
Pillar 1:
Strategic Territory Architecture & Hunting
Action: Map complex multinational Dutch enterprise accounts and design targeted prospecting strategies to enter fortified multi‑stakeholder environments.
Output: A localized, highly qualified pipeline of new enterprise logos and stakeholder maps.
Metrics: Enterprise GSV Pipeline Generated and CRM forecast accuracy.
Pillar 2:
Deal Orchestration & RFP Command
Action: Run discovery using the MEDDIC framework to validate pain, identify the true Economic Buyer, and lead end‑to‑end RFI/RFP processes.
Output: ROI‑driven proposals and enterprise pilot programs that prove platform value.
Metrics: RFI/RFP win rate and Pilot‑to‑MSA Conversion Rate.
Pillar 3:
Heavy‑Weight Negotiation & Revenue Activation
Action: Drive complex MSA negotiations across legal, finance and procurement in multiple countries, and post‑signature handover to local Account Management.
Output: Executed multi‑country MSAs and deployment plans.
Metrics: Total Contract Value signed and Deal Velocity.
Track record of independently hunting and closing high‑value, multi‑stakeholder enterprise MSAs.
Experience in procurement‑heavy environments and managing strategic concessions.
Native‑level fluency in Dutch and professional fluency in English.
Skills You Will Deploy & Develop
Advanced MEDDIC Mastery: Coach peers on rigorous MEDDIC usage.
C‑Suite ROI Narrative Construction: Deliver disruptive narratives that shift C‑level perspectives.
Cross‑Border Deal Structuring: Build expertise in multi‑country legal and financial orchestration.

Roadmap
Day 30: Master the marketplace mechanics and map top tier Dutch accounts. Output: Fully architected account penetration strategy.
Day 60: Execute outreach, identify key Economic Buyers, and begin first pilot programs. Output: Predictable, MEDDIC‑qualified pipeline.
Day 90: Lead first complex MSA negotiations and handover plans. Output: Early enterprise traction that impacts the regional bottom line.
