Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective channel partner engagement and strategic account management.
Market Expansion:
Develop and execute plans to increase Sungrow’s market share by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
Channel Management:
Oversee pricing strategy, anti‑gray market compliance, rebate programs, and performance monitoring of channel partners.
Customer Relationship:
Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with distributors, resellers, and end‑users to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration:
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and address partner needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles within the renewable energy or power electronics industry, preferably in channel sales.
Fluency in English (at least C1);
Dutch language skills preferred.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
