Position: National Field Sales Manager On Trade
Overview  The On-Trade channel plays a critical strategic role in achieving our long‑term objectives across the Benelux & Nordics business by building brands through exceptional consumer experiences.
As the leader of the largest field sales team in the region – consisting of 8 On‑Trade Account Managers and 2 National Account Managers – you will manage key cities and regions across the Netherlands. The role is field & office based with travel within the Netherlands, requiring fluency in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities   Deliver field sales performance focusing on distribution and execution.
Supervise team performance and implement action plans in collaboration with Key Account, Customer Marketing and Business Effectiveness teams.
Demonstrate strong commitment to Diageo’s internal compliance policies.
Set up talent for success with individual development plans, teamwork and trustworthy relationships.
Take end‑to‑end responsibility for investment strategy and budgeting of the on‑trade outlet universe.
Ensure optimal usage of the CRM and supporting tools; drive data input accuracy and reporting optimisation.
Nurture and grow existing customer relationships while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications   Experience in a commercial FMCG role with mandatory OnTrade experience.
Strong people‑management capabilities and a people‑first mentality.
Solid analytical skills and the ability to deliver change across different organisational levels.
Positive energy, solution‑oriented approach and meaningful interpersonal skills.
Passion for developing talent and making a difference to the careers of future leaders.
Passion for our brands, with proven category‑selling experience that unlocks innovation and reserve brands.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
