Business Development Executive

Hybrid role with periodic travel for collaboration and deal support.

This role is focused on winning new business and owning a territory as a standalone commercial unit.

You will take full responsibility for the end to end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline creation through to negotiation, close and expansion.

The position suits a true hunter mindset, able to challenge existing approaches, displace incumbents and engage senior stakeholders on solving business problems through technology led solutions.

You will operate across telecom and SaaS environments, including CPaaS, CCaaS and broader customer engagement and lead to cash ecosystems, working closely with product and commercial teams to shape competitive, technically sound propositions.

Key areas

End to end pipeline ownership and new logo acquisition

Commercial ownership of pricing, negotiation and deal strategy

Enterprise stakeholder engagement and challenger led sales approach

Collaboration with product, delivery and commercial functions

Contribution to product feedback and go to market strategy

Profile

Proven new business hunter in fast growth or scale up environments

Experience selling into enterprise accounts, including zero to one product growth

Background across telecom, SaaS or customer engagement platforms (CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS etc.)

Strong track record closing high value, complex deals
