Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and expanding market presence across the Netherlands.
This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, managing dealer networks, and ensuring the achievement of wholesale and retail targets. You will work closely with Marketing and Network Development teams to enhance customer experience and identify sustainable growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Execute HQ strategic sales and business development plans, ensuring achievement of wholesale and retail targets
Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealer groups and retail partners
Drive dealer performance and ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives
Monitor and optimize the full customer journey across dealerships (leads, test drives, sales, financing)
Evaluate dealer network performance, providing data-driven insights and improvement plans
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and action plans
Build, implement, and optimize sales management systems, processes, and tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Network Development teams
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in automotive sales and dealer network management
At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager
Strong network within dealer groups and the automotive industry
Proven ability in sales planning, execution, and performance management
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High resilience, proactivity, and ability to perform under pressure
Willingness to travel frequently
Strategic thinking and execution
Dealer network development and management
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Relationship building and stakeholder management
Results-driven with high ownership
