We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead and expand a rapidly growing IT Asset Disposition division across the Netherlands. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a scaling startup environment, where your impact will directly shape the future of the business.
In this role, you’ll drive the commercial success of ITAD services, working with a diverse client base. You’ll inherit warm inbound leads while also being expected to proactively identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
This isn’t just a sales role, it’s a chance to establish market presence, influence strategy, and become a key player in a fast-evolving sector focused on sustainability, lifecycle management, and technology value recovery.
Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth for ITAD services across the Netherlands
Manage and convert warm leads while developing new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships across hardware, consumer, ITAD and reseller sectors
Identify market trends and position the business competitively
Contribute to strategic planning and division growth
Lay the groundwork for future team expansion and leadership
