Will you be our new Senior Sales Manager in Scandinavia?
Sustainability, technology and design come together in your new job. As an Account Manager at Kvadrat Shade, you will shape projects that take energy efficiency, comfort and aesthetics to the next level. You will be the face of a strong brand that is making a name for itself internationally.
Make a difference as a Senior Sales Manager Scandinavia As a Senior Sales Manager at Kvadrat Shade, you will actively build relationships with architects, engineers, project management agencies, Design & Build companies and local dealers. You will combine performance with design and ensure that Kvadrat Shade's innovative metallised textile solutions find their way into the most beautiful buildings in Scandinavia. With your advisory skills, market insight and conviction, you will help architects and end customers choose sustainable, stylish light control solutions that really make a difference.
In short, you will be successful in:
strengthening relationships with architects, building physicists and design & build parties;
translating project questions into concrete solutions with Kvadrat Shade playing a leading role;
guiding dealers in the realisation of high‑quality projects;
identifying opportunities in the market and translating them into growth;
highlighting the functional value of Kvadrat Shade products.

For this vacancy, you bring: You are someone with persuasiveness, technical insight and empathy. You enjoy building relationships and inspiring others, but also working strategically. You switch effortlessly between technology and design, and between operations and management. You can think conceptually without losing sight of commercial opportunities, and you know instinctively which paths to take to achieve the most streamlined process.
Do you tick all the boxes on this checklist?
Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking (preferably in construction, interior design or architecture);
At least 3 years of experience in solution‑ or project‑oriented sales;
Knowledge of construction processes and technical drawings;
Excellent command of Danish and English;
Affinity with architecture, design and/or interior projects.
Your working area You will be working in Scandinavia including Finland. You will be travelling frequently to dealers, architects, Design & Build companies and sometimes also project locations. There are no fixed office days; you plan your week independently. You can work from one of the offices in the responsible countries or at the showroom locations in Copenhagen. We think that working from the Acoustic showroom, also based in Copenhagen, is beneficial for you as well.
For your onboarding and team meetings, you will be at the head office in Eibergen (The Netherlands), where the modern Kvadrat Shade building serves as a knowledge centre.
