The opportunity:

Join our Global Business Development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Whether you're junior, medior, or senior, if you're a driven sales professional, this is your chance to shine. You'll be crucial in generating new business, expanding our partner network, and developing our solution portfolio.

This role offers significant growth potential towards partner management or direct sales, with autonomy to shape your success.
Your impact:  This role blends strategic outreach, partnership building, and market insight:
Outbound prospecting & lead generation (40%):
Drive growth through strategic cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and qualify leads for ORdigiNAL solutions. Master lead nurturing and CRM management (Dynamics).
Reseller recruitment and management (30%):
Identify, connect with, and recruit new channel partners (resellers, VARs, MSPs), presenting the value of partnering with ORdigiNAL and managing the initial pipeline stages.
New solution & market development (30%):
Research market trends, identify potential new software vendors, provide market insights, and support the launch of new solutions.

What you bring:

Proven success in sales or business development.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proactive, organized, and opportunity-driven mindset.
Team player comfortable collaborating with Partner Success Managers.
Proficiency in CRM (Dynamics 365) and MS Teams.
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and passionate about growth.
Fluent in Dutch & English.
