Return is a leader in large‑scale battery energy storage, providing innovative solutions for the renewable grid across Europe. We are expanding in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and need an experienced originator to grow our commercial presence.

As (Senior) Power Originator Benelux, you will shape the future of energy by identifying opportunities, leading deal negotiations, and building long‑term partnerships across your region.

• Originate new business in the energy storage space across the Benelux region.
• Lead complex deal processes from first contact to signed contract.
• Build and grow strong partnerships with utilities, developers, and industrial clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align each deal with Return’s long‑term strategy.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to our clients and stakeholders.

• 10+ years of B2B sales or commercial experience; energy experience is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of the Benelux power market and energy transition challenges.
• Proven track record in high‑value, complex transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
  French is a plus.
• Based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to travel.
