4 years of experience working in a finance, consulting or tech sector role.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever‑evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Netherlands: €92000 - €94500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Responsibilities

Develop sales priorities and lead work streams with sales leaders to diversify adoption Ads solutions. Create compelling narratives for senior sales leaders on business performance.

Leverage AI productivity and analysis tools to query data, run scenarios, and generate concrete actions.

Partner closely with regional business leaders and regional GTM teams. Act as a trusted "advocate and challenger" by using data‑backed arguments to influence sales tools design, sales activation strategies, and commercial direction.

Design and implement business cadences to track regional performance. Develop core metrics to ensure clear visibility into goals, prioritizing insights over raw reporting volume.

Support sales processes and process improvements for portfolio management, sales compensation setting and other support processes for sales teams. Lead end‑to‑end analytical initiatives, structuring project plans to solve complex problems with multiple potential solutions.
