We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to support our Inside Sales team. In this role, you play a key part in driving sales success by preparing accurate documentation, maintaining high data quality, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical actions. You will also actively follow up with customers and support key administrative processes that keep the sales engine running.
Responsibilities- Act as the key contact for customers, handling inquiries regarding pricing, product information, and order status, and resolving issues via phone and email.
- Provide administrative and sales support, including preparing quotations, order confirmations, and invoices, and maintaining accurate customer and product data.
- Support senior sales account managers with customer follow-ups, key account coordination, and escalation handling.
- Monitor order progress, KPIs, and sales performance, ensuring timely delivery in close coordination with Logistics and other departments.
- Contribute to process improvements, data quality, and efficient sales administration while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with confidence.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Agile, flexible, and solution-oriented approach.
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and engage constructively with senior stakeholders when needed.
- Proactive in asking questions to clarify expectations, priorities, and KPIs (essential).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
